9jil Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 9jil ("9jil," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 9jil.asia ("the Platform"). By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and expressly agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

9jil reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension pending verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be void and forfeited.

To access real-money gaming services on 9jil, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 9jil at any given time. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 9jil support immediately via in-platform live chat. 9jil may temporarily freeze your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorized access.

9jil is required to perform identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. At registration, a valid Philippine mobile number OTP is required. For withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000, or at 9jil's discretion, you may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed satisfactorily.

9jil currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Philippine players:

All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your name. 9jil does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. Deposits are credited to your 9jil wallet balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. 9jil does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to matching name verification. 9jil reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals associated with active bonus wagering requirements will be queued until those requirements are met. Processing times stated above are estimates under normal operating conditions and may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.

From time to time, 9jil offers bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion as published in the 9jil promotion center.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only;
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in its individual terms;
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise;

Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion — will have their account suspended, all bonuses voided, and any associated winnings forfeited. 9jil's determination on bonus abuse is final.

All games available on the 9jil platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time dealing by professional dealers streaming from licensed studios. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term theoretical returns and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and table and are displayed within each game interface before any wager is placed;
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be modified or cancelled;
• In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server log, which constitutes the authoritative record of the transaction;
• 9jil reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, a system malfunction, or a manifest pricing error. Affected stakes will be returned to the player's wallet;

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 9jil platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously;
• Identity fraud: Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at any table or in any game to gain an unfair advantage;
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional mechanics through coordinated or systematic means;
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities;

• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software errors, technical glitches, or incorrectly displayed odds to place bets;
• Unauthorized commercial use: Using the Platform or its content for any commercial purpose without 9jil's prior written consent.

Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without 9jil's prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9jil shall not be liable to you for any:

9jil does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to perform maintenance and updates that may temporarily affect Platform availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 9jil's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

9jil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and/or refuse service at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Discovery that you are under 21 years of age;
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC or identity verification when requested;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or bonus abuse;
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory direction;
• Acceptance of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Upon account termination for cause, 9jil reserves the right to withhold all balances pending investigation. Where termination is initiated by 9jil without cause on its part (e.g., voluntary platform withdrawal from a jurisdiction), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable period.

9jil collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the 9jil Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or your use thereof shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and 9jil.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. For disputes relating specifically to gaming transactions, 9jil's internal dispute resolution process, as described in the 9jil FAQ, shall apply as a first step prior to any formal legal action.

9jil reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue your use of the Platform and request account closure via the in-platform support channel.
